Make time for exercise

You may feel that there is no time to exercise, but you do not need to go to the gym, or take up a sport to feel the benefits. Walking is the number one participation sport worldwide and with a baby carrier or buggy it's possible to fit this into your childcare routine. Although it can be hard to face going out when we are feeling low, the combination of escape from the same four walls, and physical activity can make a real different to your mood.
Tips:
Try to warm up and slow down for 5 minutes at the beginning and end
Posture: head up, spine straight
Breathing: deep regular breaths
Walk don't run, try a brisk pace to suit yourself
Stride: long smooth strides
