We have had, over the years, the immense privilege of working with mums of young children who are struggling with low mood and depression, and wanted to share with those of you, who are also struggling with such debilitating feelings, the different ways and approaches which have been helpful to them. We would like to let you know that there is hope, that you are not on your own and that, in time, it is possible for the world to become a happier place.
Here we provide some of the information, inspiration and support which we have found helpful for mums, as well as the inspiring words of mothers who have been able to move forwards from their depression. We hope these will provide some comfort, and a starting point for you in finding the help and support you need.
